Yesterday
I did my morning yoga and Biggest Loser workout. Got in some walking going to downtown and back twice.

Sleep
Bed last night: 1:00am
Wake: 9:00am
Sleep Quality: Poor yet again.
Feeling upon awakening: Tired
Feeling through out day: Ok then super tired around 8pm again.


Today
I did 13 mins of yoga and then a 22min Biggest Loser workout. Walked into town and back again. Ate a lot of "bad" things today. 2 slices vegan pizza (bbq tofu pizza, and "green" pizza with pesto, spinach, asparagus) and fries at Jolli Mon's with my Key West wrap. Hard to eat healthy when Dad's in town. Tomorrow is a new day.
