Oh man.. I've been working 80 hours a week and its sooo hard to keep under my RDI when I'm working 16 hours a day on the go! Anyone have any tips on how to manage? I've been packing lunches and trying to eat every three hours but its not always possible and I always seem to be hungry! Getting back on track.. gave up alcohol for lent to really get this going, less calories and more of an ability to get to the gym in the morning!
