Oh Boy, that looks like a chocolate souffle😋🤤. What's the source of protein besides egg?

For the cake : 15 g collagen protein bulletproof unflavored
15 g optimum nutrition Casein powder
5 g dark cocoa powder Hershey’s special dark cocoa powder
6 Grams PB two
Quarter teaspoon baking powder
140 g of egg whites
120 g of unsweetened canned pumpkin
Mix very well. Microwave on high for four minutes and 30 seconds covered. I use a four or 5 cup microwavable plastic container and it works well. Meanwhile make the frosting:
60 g Greek yogurt 6 g PB 25 g Hershey‘s special extra dark cocoa powder 30 g almond milk six drops of Stevia to sweeten. Mix well spread over the cake which you’ve been voted on a plate in townWith 60 to 80 g of your favorite berries eat and enjoy

Sorry dictation didn’t work very well at the last part of the recipe I said that you invert the cake on the plate and then frost it with the frosting you made

It’s pretty much homemade I think I based it on some mug cakes from bodybuilders I followed on Instagram but I wanted more fiber so I served the Kellogg’s bran buds for coconut flour and almond flour and I get great results!!

Thank you so much for the recipe! I am so looking forward to trying this! It looks so delish!! Will it ruin the texture or taste if I use farm eggs instead of the boxes eggs?
Oh, and did you mill the Kellogg's Bran Nubs into flourr? I'm writing my grocery list!! 🤗

My collagen container says for 20g of powder you get 20g of protein so I’m guessing your cake has 15g of protein just from the collagen. 😎

Actually, the strawberries & chocolate sauce is the eye catcher for me. What's in the sauce?

No I didn’t mill The bean buds I just put them in as is When it cooks they get very soft and the whole thing just becomes very cake like they don’t retain their crispy texture or size at all. I think I get all the proteins from the collagen plus the casein powder plus the egg whites It’s 60 g total protein which is amazing! Plus the fiber from the bran buds is a total winner As far as keeping your regular. See my comments below for the frosting it’s in there in the main recipe it’s based on Greek yogurt. And it really makes the cake very delicious and even more moist

I’ve never tried farm fresh eggs but other than being expensive I don’t think it would make a difference at all but yes I use the boxed egg whites
