This is working.
I feel it in my energy levels. I detect it when I test blood sugars. And this morning, I saw it on the scale.
This is what I was missing all those years. "Diet"ing blind is simply impossible, and keeping your weight with just-wingin'-it type eating while ignorant of your food's true makeup is also impossible. You MUST know precisely what's going into your body. You can't let too much go in, but JUST as importantly you can't let too little go in. I am never hungry but I'm LOSING WEIGHT. And this is something I can do forever. No pills, no plans.
Okay, okay, so it was first weigh-in. Maybe I'm reading a BIT too much into it. But, still...
