Woke at 227.1, up 1.3 from yesterday after an extremely late night dinner, plus drinking and working until past 2:30 am. Day one of September fasting-mimicking diet but I have a catered working dinner out of the house this evening. I'll be interested to see what's on the menu. UPDATE: Still 227.1 at noon. Ate a large chopped salad. UPDATE 2: Weighed 227.8 at 4 pm before heading out. Ate pretty much on plan but I did drink a few glasses of red wine there. Ate on my 1100 calorie plan though. Let's see if we can drop a few by morning.
