I am trying to be positive hoping this is a step in the right direction, I am going to try a better diet...something like that radiochick maybe that will help me feel a little healthier and I am going to start regularly exercising when we move to our new place but that could be up to a month, but I am trying to discover healthy food that I like to eat and replace the bad things with those, it's a start but it's better than nothing. The storm will pass, I just have to wait it out and think for the best.
