@aiiiue : coba lebih konsisten, kan baru seminggu :)) coba terapin defisit kalori atau metode diet (seperti IF, Keto, dan semacamnya), diatur lagi makro nutrisi nya (karbo, protein, dan lemak), barengi juga dengan olahraga angkat beban dan kardio, dan jangan mencapkan makanan sehat atau gak nya :))
