Aku olah raga nya ikutin di youtube aja.. Wo abs 15-20 menit setiap hari. Ikutin chanel cloeting Biasanya aku wo jam 8 mlm. Defkal nyantai kok, gak selalu makan rebusan. Ini hasil sebulan kak... Kalo capek paling cari yg wo nya 10 menit. Tapi emg setiap hari kak 💪💪
