DAY 9::This morning I fell wonderful!!! Weigh in for spring challenge and I have lost 9 lbs.And another 1/2 inch off waist.WOW!! Couldn't believe it.Took measurement of all areas today instead of just the waistline.It will fun to watch the rest of me get smaller too!!

30 mins treadmill=1.54 miles 30 mins recumbent cross train 20 mins upper body strengh train 30 mins recumbent bike
Now for Friday house cleaning.(UGH)
