nasgor udang+bayam utk bfast. lunch sama cm +telor ceplok, dinner istimewa mie ayam bakso langganan sambel triple.cemilan pepaya,jeruk,mochi. hari ini kurg protein tapi dah kenyang..kalori dah mepet...ya udah lah..
