Yes, i've been off the "wagon". Do i feel horrible about it? Moderately. ugh!
I see my "weigh in now!" icon looming in the upper corner...18 days since my last weigh in. Sheesh...
I will weigh in this Sunday and get back on track (since i was weighing in every Sunday before, not that i don't want to do it now). I will weigh in even if i'm not back to where i was when i last weighed in. I just have to.
My last weigh in was 208.8, 18 days ago. I weighed this morning, and i'm at 210.6...
I'm happy that i'm not at 220 or something, which certainly has happened in 18 days before. So i'm still on track, just really need to get BACK on track. I felt better when i was in control of everything, and i just need to do that again.
