My husband invited one of my daughters coaches over for a bbq today. He said yes. So I made a pound of my “almost famous” pasta salad and some potato salad. Later that night he canceled. So now I’m stuck with a full pound my most favorite thing in the world - My pasta salad. Fuck dude. I’m not gonna eat it, but it posses me off that it’s going to go to waste. My kids may eat a little, but my husband won’t touch it. Just annoyed af

use it to meal prep measure a small quanity of each for small serving each day it should be good for 5 days that way you don't throw it out won't have took and won't sabotage your diet it's a win

I haven’t eaten pasta in almost 2 months and while it’s not a terrible thing to eat, I’m trying to keep my carbs somewhat down.

Feeling the same way kinda. BBQs all weekend... so much left overs! Freezing what I can but some just won't hold.
Trying to be creative and not blow my plan. Have tried to be so very good this weekend.
