Last weekend I had two weddings & a really bad week for dieting :( I promised to be good this week, but I have been really struggling. I ate out twice this week and on the days when I didn't, I had a lot of snacks :(
I am really struggling with hunger at the moment and even though I generally choose low calorie snacks (special K muesli bars, peaches, pears, low cal mini breadsticks), I snack way too much!!!
I am having dental surgery in two weeks' time and I will only be able to eat soup and yogurt. I am hoping to prepare for this next week and reduce the amount I eat, otherwise the week of the sugery will be a nightmare!
Does anyone have any tips on how to deal with hunger and what snacks to choose to fill me up?
