Day 8;;;Was really tired this morning.Really bad taste in my mouth.Must have brushed my teeth 10-12 times yesterday.Worked out menu for today.I have the percents right;Carbs-8%, Fats-62%, Pro-30%. Still can't get my calories up enough, but I think I'm well balanced.

30 mins treadmill==1 1/2 mile--3% incline 30 mins.recumbent cross trainer 10 mins upper body train==too sore from yesterday 15 mins lower body exercise 6 mins recumbent bike===right knee pain?
