Ugh over ate tonight had can of sardines and slice of whole wheat toast with butter olive oil spread. Bad idea to eat it at 1 am was starving and up reading an article. I should’ve gone to bed instead of eating but I was so gosh darn I’m hungry. now I feel pretty gross. Oh well tomorrow’s a new day and I guess I could have over eaten a lot worse things than sardines Ellis they’re kind of healthy it’s past 4:30 AM now so I guess it’s time to try to hit the hay

Don’t be too hard on yourself, we’ve all been there. 😊 It actually sounds like a fairly healthy snack compared to a lot of the alternatives. Try this next time and see what you think - replace the butter spread with plain yellow mustard. I’ve been eating that with low-sodium tuna (in water). Pretty good!
