Yesterday Again, no bike ride or walk last night thanks to the rain storm. Stupid rain!
Sleep Bed last night: 1:00am. I didn't realize it was so late while we were watching The Biggest Loser on TV. I started getting ready then. Wake: 9:00am Sleep Quality: Very poor. I had trouble falling asleep because I didn't read (was trying to save time) and woke up multiple times due to the storm and unnecessary alarm clocks (Eric). Feeling upon awakening: Tired. Wanted to go back to sleep.
This Morning The plan was to bike to work with Eric this morning, however it was STILL raining and I didn't want to get caught in it biking there or back (of course the ONE shitty day was the day I was going to bike). Instead I got up at 9am (to counter the poor sleep a little) and did 14 minutes of yoga.
Today Busy day today! When I get home I have to complete my Biggest Loser challenge on the Kinect, do some sit-ups for the 200 Sit Ups Challenge, grocery shop, and clean the whole house because my Daddy is coming to visit tomorrow. Yay!
