I actually started on March 2, and weight in at 155lbs. So I have lost 3 #'s. Off to a good start. I have not exercised every day yet as I am taking it slow and my left calf muscle is knotting up on my. It feels better today though, so I am going to try and pick it up a little. I also need to work on cardio. Right now I can go for about twenty minutes and my heart is just pounding and I can feel it pounding in my neck. So I am taking a short break for now and will do about another 5 minutes or so.
