WOW am I having difficulty meeting my RDI.

I used the WebMD BMI calculator to figure it. It recommended 2119 calories a day for a 2 pound a week weight loss. Well, I've stuffed myself again today, and haven't even managed what I had yesterday. I'm at 1200 and change.

All I can think is I need to start adding denser foods to my diet. It's going to have to be lean, low sodium meat. Or perhaps some soy based product? I don't know, but I can't just pile on salty cheese and ham. My sodium is the only thing that NOT way below what it should be.
