Yesterday eating went really well, felt much better on my walk/run, did 4km at 1 and 2's. I'm hoping to get another run in on the weekend. Trying to make sure I'm drinking plenty of water.
119.5 kg Lost so far: 0.2 kg.    Still to go: 19.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
