Day 7: Can't stand the bad taste in my mouth.Brushing my teeth 3-4 times a day.Had my menu worked up for today and had to completely redo because I forget it was ASH Wed. I know I am suppose to fast,but I'm afraid it would mess me up.Soooo I said a prayer and changed my protein to fish.Hope He Forgives me.

work-out:

treadmill=30 mins=1 1/2 mile
recumbent cross trainer=30 mins
recumbent bike=10 mins
upper body strengh training= 20 mins.

End of day 7---19.99 net carbs //calories 1341
A little low on calories but thats the fish and scallops I think.
