2min protein cake. okay i know it doesn’t look great but i swear to you it is. All you need is a mug ,3tbs of peanut butter, 1 egg, 1 tsp of sugar, i also added 1 block of chocolate (aero). mix thoroughly and pop in int the microwave for 1min.

yes it was about 400 calories with the chocolate

no just flipped the mug over and it came out easily
