Went for jogging today to Botanical Garden. Slow pace for the beginning since it was a long time since I went for an exercise. I was reminded to slow down when I get tired and be aware on my steps since my ankle got injured before. It was great to be back and also I came to think that we should set realistic expectations of ourselves on whatever we want, like in our physical exercise.. .
