Just got over the flu. EXTREMELY nauseous all day yesterday. Feeling better this morning. 4th day of not binge eating, and I'm sick to death of Lipton soup packs, but my blood sugars are NORMAL. It's time to decide I want to live. Day 1 of trying sensible variety in very limited portions. Here we go.
