Salt and pepper, parsley and paprika. Next time chili powder sounds good maybe with a splash of chipotle on there. Needed a little more salt...don’t be shy!

I am on a low sodium. I have some chips every so often, because the sodium content is too high. It's horrible when you first taste salt after like 1 month. It's bitter, and the salt is just horrible.

I find that eggs don't require salt, just black pepper. Also, I've been using Salt Sense by Diamond Crystals. It uses a different sodium and is 1/3 lower than standard salt.

I’m on day 56 or 57 of a 90 day keto...drinking lots of water and flushing all the sodium out so I’m not trying to cut out any minerals. If anything I’m adding more. Even off keto I love a salt and pepper egg. “Needs salt.” -Every food critic ever on cooking game shows.

Keto flushes the water out of the body taking salts along. So, keto dieters actually add salts and other electrolytes. Cramping in feet and calves is a sign of depleted magnesium.
