I was missing for all of 9 months or even more 😜 guess what I had a baby yes my efforts to lose weight landed my a big belly
But never the less I am back and feeling motivated to get it done

117.9 kg Lost so far: 10.4 kg.    Still to go: 27.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
