I've been very good lately! Since I got back on the wagon I am doing well! Only been out to eat once this week and I had to indulge! Buffalo Chicken sandwich, french fries, side sald w non-fat italian and a Michelob Ultra... BUT I kept my calorie intake under my RDI! I'm so proud of myself! I want to look hotter than I did last summer! Only being difficult because I'm very low on money and can't buy the food I want! Only until Friday, and I'm going to stock my fridge with healthy items! My bf couldn't believe that I'm 167! This little belly fat has got to go! And it just might... I'm going to do a Acai Berry Cleanse starting next monday too! This no dairy thing is going to suck!! I love milk and cheese, but I can do it! :(
