Good bye 20 pounds. Only 10.5 to go! Dropped my bike off at the shop yesterday for a tune up...have a couple routes planned along the Erie Canal trail for 30-60 minute HIIT rides. Maybe I’ll dust off the curl bar and do some weights...can’t hurt 😂.

Thanks all. That old belly was all beer and sugar. Amazing how much fat I still have around the mid-section. Ten more pounds—->add back some carbs and increase protein—->work out more. LFG!
