You do know when you are pregnant you can eat healthy and keep from gaining a lot. Talk to our doctor, he/she will advise you. I have a friend whose daughter ate very healthy food and she only gained 10 pounds, that was with the blessings of her doctor. She had weight to lose before she got pregnant and as long as she was careful to get the right foods in the right amounts and took her vitamins she did really well.
