Day4️⃣1️⃣ Oh my, I only have 20 days left, but can I reach my goal of loosing 6kg?! I can but I gotta be really intententional. These past 2-3 weeks I dont loose much, but I also don't watch my diet as much. If I get back on track with food and stay persiatent with workouts I believe I can reach the goal. I missed my Friday workout, so catching up today - Lean Legs is done and I was swearing 🥵, not only sweating. And another greatly resonating affirmation - I am streamlined. For the last I'd say 7 years I am really conxerned about unneeded complexity, lack of simplicity, clutter both physical and emotional... I keep saying and thinking that I need to streamline my work projects, my teaching, my home chores... Keep saying, but having not enough effort to really see the progress. This must be my next area of improving my life once eating and workout is at the habitual level. I noticed I cant be efficient if I implement too many new habits in my life, one thing at a time. Maybe I can get rid of at least one small clutter this weekend? Would it feel good? 100%💕💕

6 kg / 20 days = 0.3 kg/day . 1 kg of fat=7700 kcal. So you must have at least a daily caloric deficit of 0.3*7700=2310 kcal. This is possible only through daily hard core work outs. Getting ready for the SEALS?

Haha, thanks Tassos for the math! I thought further after I postet and realized its a bit of overkiller, you are right 😬. Need to adjust my goal, too ambitious.
