My husband and I had a wonderful time on our little get away! I did drink red wine this weekend, and had homemade french fries but all my other choices were Atkin's friendly. Now it is time to get back on track. I am nervous to get on the scale, but I know I have to.

Thank you Paula. And I agree with you. I did have a learning experience about the french fries. When I eat meat and vegetables, my brain sends me a signal when I am satisfied. With the french fries I noticed my brain never sent that signal of satisied to me. I could have eaten bowl after bowl! I wonder why that happens with high carb foods?
