@bundaanjalina : iya nih mbak porsi nya udah dibanyakin 🤣 hahaha iya mbak soalnya maunya bulking gak parah2 amat biar yang naik gak semua lemak, jadi pelan2 naiknya walaupun tetap terjun 🤣 gapapa mbak tetap semangat, konsisten, disiplin, dan sabar dengan cutting nya, tetap berprogress cutting nya 👍💪
