Okay, now I know I'm having trouble finding my way around the new site but this is ridiculous....I joined a 15-day lunge challenge. All fine and good except for now My Fatsecret says I am in a squat challenge. Am I losing my mind??? I know it said lunge challenge when I joined....or did it. Well now I've messed it up so I've quit the challenge. Now I'm waiting for another challenge to come along that I like. In the meantime I'm going to continue to do 25 lunges a day increasing to 50 challenges a day at the end of two weeks with a rest day every 3 days That is me challenging myself. So I'm off to do 35 lunges today....laughing at myself all the way.
