I know I should be worried by the last couple day trends upwards, but I’m not. This is just the result of a weekend celebrating my wife’s birthday. That and my weight always fluctuates when my AFIB acts up. Go figure. Anyway, now my two week holiday is done I will be in a better position to manage and monitor my intake. Also will begin putting a couple miles in on the bike. Too many muscle pulls suggesting I’m sponge cake 😆
