Have successfully stayed between 1200 and 1500 calories for several days. Today was a squeaker though, 1498 calories. Also started the lunge challenge yesterday and managed my 25 lunges for the day. I'll finish up the 25 lunges for today before I go to bed. I'm pleased that I am not stiff from yesterday!
