Day two of the no wheat, sugar or dairy challenge and if you can believe it, I woke up feeling better already. Isn't that something?
Its been fairly easy so far except I think I'm in a detox because my belly has been a bit nauseated. Anyone else? I think its pretty normal so I don't mind. Besides, it helps a bit to not be so hungry. Otherwise all good!

I'm on day 2 of no sugar (only protein really) and my body definitely knew it haha, great that you're feeling better though! I can't wait for tomorrow because I know every day I will feel better about myself :)
