Not a good day! Jaw hurts but ear has quit hurting.. hope pain goes away soon.
Came home had dinner with John at local sushi bar. Pad thai was disappointing, lacked spices. fish sauce..

OVER ATE on the CARBS, I musta really been eating WAY too many offa this diet!!
