I'm so happy to be starting my no wheat, sugar or dairy challenge for 30 days. I was up a bit in my weigh in this morning but didn't let it bug me. In fact last night I let myself splurge on the ingredients I wouldn't be able to have and am happy to say that I threw away more than I ate of the pasta and chocolate. It was then I knew that I'd had it and was ready.
This morning I got out and walked for the 3rd morning in a row. Only two miles so far but I'll work my way up. I have my eye on a half marathon in late Oct.
Tonight I'm making a salad. Go team!

You are doing great Kimberly. Thats what you need to do walk your way up to the Half marathon, That is awesome. I did one first part of June the Hospital Hill which is one of the hardest ones to do. But I made it I did it last year too. Keep it up and remember to log your food and excerise every day.
