Am still in the midst of this foot issue round 4378 at least. Praying for full recovery by Thursday when I return to work. I am thankful for good rest, in spite of the agony each time I have to get up in the night. I was so very glad I took a sick day to aid recovery yesterday and am off today and tomorrow since I work weekends.
Yesterday, I was finally able to unload and reload the dishwasher for the first time in 5 days. I live alone so am not sure where all those dishes came from. I need to repeat that task today to play catch up.
I used the tracker thing today. At the moment I'm not even caring why so many things are missing....like the sodium and potassium that I sure need to track. I'll just be as careful as I can and work on consistency.
I'm new here so have a lot to learn to feel confident and all but do really like the site!
