Well, although I didn't eat a whole heck of a lot yesterday, unfortunately the salad from Famous Dave's blew my diet out the water. Thank goodness I did an hour of step aerobics to lighten the calorie load. Today I am focused on staying under my 20g of carbs. Geez, that sure isn't easy!
