Am now walking the golf course 3 - 5 times per week. Gardening the other times and of course, line dancing once a week. Yes, it's paying off and it's pretty much pleasurable!! Progress is slow but it is progress!!
70.8 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 2.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.2 kg a Week
