March 3rd...

So i've been "off plan" off and on for about two weeks now. It's really frustrating. Many of the days that i've been "off", it's just been out of laziness and not caring. This is really frustrating for me because i see the scale creeping right back to where i was so unhappy, and i'm not doing anything to stop it.

Today i'm back "on". Yesterday i was pretty good. I know that i feel so much better when i have a goal in mind and i'm working hard to get there, it's just for some reason i haven't had the motivation these past two weeks. I know that part of it was i had a friend in town for a few days, and we've notoriously always eating tons when he's here. However, at some point i'm going to have his friendship and i'm not going to be eating like crazy. I suppose i'm just not there yet...luckily he doesn't live here in town! :-)

Also i'm in the hunt to buy a house, which is so fun and exciting, and stressful all at the same time. So in my mind, for some reason, i have been focusing on that and not my health. This is lame.

So anyway, i feel good today. I keep thinking about how excited i was to be shedding pounds weekly and i need to get back to that. I want to move into a new house and only have to focus on that, not that and weight loss.

I'm back at it...writing this journal helps a lot. Helps to put it all in perspective and keep myself accountable.
