Same today but headed out to utilize trial membership at the gym.
Nervous but determined!
98.4 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 23.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

You can do it! Making yourself get there is the hardest part! I too had a no loss/no gain on the scale yesterday. Just means you'll lose more next week! (I always try to see the glass half full!)
