Ok, it takes a lot for me to admit that I am in pain.. but I am in pain, when I got off of work, my right knee really started to hurt-- same amount of pain that I had before I had my left knee replaced.. I hope that it is just a temporary pain.. standing and moving nearly 7 hours straight... might have something to do with it...

I am holding off any exercises till I see my doctor in a week or two..
man I can feel that I am not doing any exercises.. in my mood, and outlook on life-- just very dark emotional clouds are rolling in..

Sympathies to you. So...Sit back, put your leg up, have a compress handy. Relax. Bet you are already doing that.Use small arm weights if you have them handy, but relax and destress. Please chase those clouds away!
