Pelan tapi pasti aja ya. Hari ini ngedrop sampe sakit karena over defisit. Olahraga + ngurus rumah tuh bakar kalori banyak. Jangan sampe kurang makan 😁. NB: aku ga nimbang BB biar ga stress.
