Dindhass, setau saya yah krn ini yg bikin mama 😁 daging sapi tanpa lemak dicincang lembut, beri garam dikit, rendam air dikit lalu peras seperti peras santan. Perasannya tuang ke wadah yg bs masuk kukusan beri potongan jahe, kukus. Udah gitu aja. Cape di peres dagingnya aja sih.
Ampas daging bs dimasak lain lg. Misal ditumis kecap, atau jadiin perkedel dsb.
