OUCH !@! road trip to Vancouver for 1 week, eating in restaurants, this is a weight wise learning experience for me. I thought, I was eating pretty healthy. Oh well, back at it.

Restaurant cooking is usually pretty high sodium compared to food made at home. It’s the gingerbread house only made with salt! Most of your gain will quietly disappear in the next week I bet.
