i feel like iv been good with my diet. less binges and blow outs. but not seeing any change in the scales. thats ok because i am very proud of how i have been doing exercise every day, nearly. at least i havnt put on weight. i am a bit worried about the mid winter festival coming up this weekend. i think there's a good chance that with all the delicious food and good company and a few drinks that i well end up going over my RDI. so excited to see my family. i love and need my family time. it calms me and makes me happy. i hope my family knows how much i love and need them. best wishes for your weekend.
