@hamidah : Benar sambil workout HIIT Cardio dan Olahraga Beban. Kurang lebih 4-5 kali seminggu.. @anirumiyati : Makannya di 1500 an kalori.

maaf kak, hny saran... tb 165 mnrt bmi ideal bb-nya 54.5-59kg lho. fokus ke turunin bodyfat aja kak bukan ke angka bb. 🙏
