@Mauro it's normal... A lot of things can play the yoyo effect... Just keep at it.... You look amazing.

the yo-yo effect got me this week ...but I will keep going .your weight loss journey motivates me.

@Nonto.M . You're doing great... losing steadily. My advice if you dont mind, is be careful of all the fasting, as when you start eating again your body will want to store fat. Fast for the right reasons.
