Iya, saya jg stgh tahun lalu mulai brenti cheat meal. Polanya jadi ga baik. Pas weekdays ngelaparin diri biar pas weekend bisa cheating. Tp pas cheating pun tetep diatur porsinya jadi sama aja kyk hari2 biasa 😣
